    讲座:震后重建的另类模式——使用轻型结构系统建造四川新芽小学校舍之案例

    内容:
    广元剑阁县下寺村新芽小学原有校舍在四川大地震中成为危房。得到香港慈善基金捐助,450平方米小学校舍于2009年8月得以重建。新校舍由香港中文大学建筑学院朱竞翔教授领导的研究小组设计、定制及监督建造。新校舍具有以下性能:轻且强的结构,良好的热物理性能以及耐用性,多样的内部空间组织及外观。施工主要建筑构件由深圳工厂预制后运抵现场,于十四天内组装完成,校舍平方米造价仅略高于当地民居重建造价,因而有广泛的适用性及作为类型推广的可能。这一项目着眼于灾后应急以及兴建永久重型结构之外的另一种重建可能。这次讲座将介绍新芽小学校园重建经过以及研究成果,用以探讨利用新式的轻型结构系统进行震后重建的特别模式以及高集成度设计带来的价值。
